How can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the "Register" button on the homepage. Required information:

  • Username (must be unique)
  • Email address
  • Strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  • First and last name
How can I login to my account?

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to send a password reset link to your email.

How can I create a listing?

After logging in, click the "Add Listing" button to create a new listing. Required information:

  • Listing Title
  • Category selection
  • Detailed description
  • Price setting
  • Image upload (optional)
How can I edit my listing?

You can view and edit your listings from the "My Listings" tab on your profile page. You can only edit the price.

How can I delete my listing?

You can delete your listing by clicking the "Delete" button next to your listing on the My Listings page.

How does the trade system work?

You can accept trades by checking the "Trade Open" option when creating a listing. The trade description field is required.

How can I deposit money to my account?

You can create a balance loading request by clicking the "Deposit" button on your profile page:

  • Bank transfer
  • EFT
  • Credit card (fast payment)

Upload receipt and wait for admin approval.

How can I withdraw money from my account?

You can create a withdrawal request by clicking the "Withdraw" button on your profile page:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 200 TL
  • Enter your bank information
  • Specify your IBAN number
How long do payment operations take?

Deposit and withdrawal operations are completed within 1-3 business days after admin approval.

Is there a transaction fee?

There is no transaction fee on the platform. Only bank transaction fees apply.
